- Cancellation by the Customer
– Tour Packages:
– If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the tour package cost, minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., transaction or processing fees).
– If you cancel your booking 15-29 days before the scheduled departure date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the tour package cost.
– If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided.
– Hotel Bookings:
– Cancellation policies for hotels may vary depending on the hotel’s terms and conditions. Please refer to the individual hotel’s cancellation policy when booking.
– We will process a refund based on the hotel’s terms and any applicable service fees.
- Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will strive to provide you with the best possible solution, which may include rescheduling your trip, providing a credit for future use, or issuing a partial or full refund based on the situation.
- Refund Process

– Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval of your refund request.

- Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that certain fees such as processing fees, bank charges, and any applicable taxes may not be refundable.
- Amendments to Bookings
– Changes to your booking (such as rescheduling) may be possible, subject to availability and the terms of the service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). In case of any fare or price difference, you may need to pay the additional cost.
– Amendments requested within 7 days of the scheduled departure may incur additional charges or may not be allowed, depending on the service provider.
- Group Tours and Special Packages
